In this article, we’ll walk you through a step-by-step process of booking a delivery shipment right on the SHiiP app. 
Sign up or Log in to your SHiiP app
You can get the SHiiP app on Goggle Play at https://lnkd.in/dRm4cbu4 at and on Apple Store at https://lnkd.in/dfsvVjzf . After getting the app installed on your phone, create an account if you previously don’t have a SHiiP account, otherwise, log into your existing account using your email address and password. In addition, if you have any problem logging into your account, you can simply click on the can’t Login? Button to automatically reset your password.
Fund your SHiiP Wallet
SHiiP was built in a way that lets users save up money in their wallet that exists right in their dashboard. Also, you can fund your wallet using both Paystack and Flutterwave right on your SHiiP dashboard. Immediately after payment is made using either of these platforms, a payment receipt is automatically generated and sent to your mailbox. The payment is likewise instantly reflected in your SHiiP wallet.
Book Shipping - add pickup/sender location
Eventually, we get to the booking part, here you click on the Book Shipping tab and create a new sender address. The SHiiP dashboard saves previously used addresses so you can literally just select from your saved addresses instead of inputting a new address. And of course, the map feature enables you to see the exact location of your inputted address on the map.

Book Shipping - add item
Next, you get redirected to the page where details of the item to be shipped will be inputted. Here, the name, weight, category, quantity, value, and description of the item are enlisted.
Confirm Your Shipment Details
Here, you are required to review your shipment information and ensure that all your inputted details are correct. At this point, you can also schedule your shipment for a future date.
Choose your preferred courier and make payment
At SHiiP, we run a delivery aggregator where you can get access to over 51+ carriers, we aid with end-to-end tracking and also offer affordability, discounts, and total handling of your deliveries or shipments. So finally at this stage, you get to choose your preferred courier and also make payment either directly from your pre-funded SHiiP wallet or using Paystack or Flutterwave.
